We have a 07-day return policy, which means you have 07 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged On Arrival
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the other item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the product is damaged, we will give the return or exchange charge.
Parcel Lost In Transit
If a shipment is lost in transit, we wait for 10 days and then reprocess the same order. In case a replacement is not available of the same design we may ask you to either take a refund or select an alternate product.
Cancel An Order
You can cancel the order within 24 hours of placing the order before the given order cut off time. The payment will be refunded in the same payment method as you have ordered. Mail us for more information support@volkero.shop
Change Of Mind
If You place order and you want to change design , color or product so you can call or mail after within the first 24 hours.
if you received parcel and you want to change product size and color so don’t worry we will arrange pickup for you and no any extra shipping charge.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2-3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
